Review BnK Construction

We engaged BnK to perform a commercial TI project on behalf of a client. The BnK Team made my job easy and went the extra mile to help solve issues that always arise during a construction project. In particular Rick and Cameron were both a pleasure to work. My many requests for changes to plans or additional work were always met with - "No problem, we can do that." I'm looking forward to my next opportunity to work with the BnK team.

BnK was a pleasure to work with. I cannot think of one complaint! Our office refresh is a huge success. Rick was my first contact and he did a great job estimating and gathering contractors together. I could tell he has a lot of experience. From the beginning, he was professional, very detailed and clear about timing and cost. He encouraged me to design the office myself and because they use such quality products, it was easy to do that. He took a vacation a week or two before our project and because he was so on top of everything, I had no worries. About a week before our project began we met with all the involved contractors and Doug from BnK was assigned as our point-of-contact during the project. I cannot say enough good things about Doug. All the work was completed on-time or early. He would complete work that was loud very early in the morning to make sure other tenants in the building would not be disturbed. He was available for all questions and concerns. He attended to every detail as requested. He is obviously skilled and thought about how to accomplish each task the best possible way. I am very satisfied with the results and would hire BnK again without hesitation.

The second studio we went with bnk construction, and it was the best decision. Todd is a straight shooter and had quality contractors for every project. I was lucky to have Joe Stephens as my super. He made things happen quickly and had the best communication surrounding the project, emails, text, pics, phone calls. Always available to talk, explain, and problem solve. We were done on time with a gorgeous studio after construction. I will ABSOLUTELY call bnk again for my future studio build outs.

Thank you BnK! I sincerely appreciate all of your hard work and expertise. My new office is beautiful, and you helped make this whole experience great from start to finish, and then some. You are truly master technical and artistic craftsmen, and your work is outstanding.

I've worked with BnK more than once and the quality of their work is excellent. I've experienced some minor communication issues and would really give them a 4.5 but this doesn't allow partial stars. Overall, very professional, high quality work, and they even did some extra patching of wear/tear areas at our request.

Tyler is Great! We had a great experience with BnK and Tyler. Tyler was very involved in our renovation project, and managed every step of the way with insight, and patience. Tyler was able to complete our project ahead of schedule and communicated changes proactively and efficiently. We look forward to working with BnK on our next project.

BnK just finished up a 2nd project for us and I can’t say enough great things about this company! Rick, the owner, is responsive and timely- someone who says what he means and means what he says. I recently used BnK construction to remodel my outdated office. Rick and his team were very professional and patient through out the project. It turned out beautifully!!! I, my employees and my patients are very happy with the end result. Getting compliments from all the patients everyday on the new space. Special shout out to Javier who oversaw the entire project and did a terrific job of keeping me updated during the renovation. Rick and Javier both went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with how things were progressing. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They are exceptional!

BnK recently finished construction on our ground up building and dental office in Vancouver. They did an amazing job. Rick Shandy helped push our project through the permitting phase and organized a great team to work with. John worked hard to keep the project on schedule and on budget. Tambra was great with arranging the finances and Adam, Rick and Don were excellent superintendents. We are happy with our new space and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Thank you BnK!
