Northwest to the core! With roots in Bend, OR a local favorite recently expanded. Avid Cider, a family-owned business, chose BnK Construction to bring their style, vision, and PNW authenticity to life.
Snow Peak is an innovator of outdoor apparel and gear. Their flagship store and national headquarters started (and remain) right here in the PNW. Committed to having a positive impact on the planet, Snow Peak used sustainable materials throughout their tenant improvement project, creating not only a spacious retail space but a restaurant and creative learning space utilizing every square foot of space.
An emerging design paradigm is having a major impact—fusion facilities. Fusing multiple functions into a single building can make it greater than the sum of its parts. The most practical consideration fueling this movement is initial cost. We estimate—and this can vary, depending on project assumptions—that building a single large-scale ground-up facility rather than multiple structures can save 10-15% on total construction costs.
More than a warehouse, transforming how we live and work. Warehouse-to-office conversion projects are really the brick-and-timber (or brick-and-whatever your building is) that sustain commerce in an area. There is an authenticity to the style that people really like, and they want to connect back to whatever era that building is from. History meets your story!
