Vegan drive-thru Face Plant set to open in North Portland

Built by BNK Construction, Face Plant is a new vegan drive-thru founded by Matt Plitch and led by culinary head Molly Baz. Aiming to rival top fast food chains, it will serve plant-based versions of burgers, milkshakes, and nuggets. The restaurant, located in a former McDonald’s, is set to open in mid-January.
